A monthly service, with clear responsibilities
No upfront website-build fee. An initial six-month commitment applies; after that, the service continues monthly with 30 days’ cancellation notice.
- We agree the initial pages, features and website scope before starting.
- You can switch between packages each month, with a minimum monthly service plan of £149. The initial six-month commitment still applies.
- Unused update and maintenance hours expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
- Additional features and work beyond your included hours require an agreed quote.
- Your mosque sets up and verifies its own Stripe account. We guide you through the process and connect the website.
- Your domain, Stripe account and other essential accounts remain in your mosque’s name.
- Your mosque is responsible for domain registration and renewals. Hosting is provided by Wix and requires a suitable paid Wix Premium or Studio plan, quoted separately.
Branded giving, from checkout to receipt
We configure a checkout subdomain such as donate.yourdomain.com, where supported, and separately configure your receipt sender domain. Stripe currently publishes its custom-domain add-on at US$10 per month; the charge, applicable taxes and billing currency are confirmed in your Stripe account and paid separately.
Your website stays with your mosque
If you decide to end our service after the initial six-month commitment, and all outstanding invoices have been settled, we hand over the website and the custom files, code and assets we can transfer, along with configuration notes. Your Wix account remains under your mosque’s control.
For a website hosted on Wix, the deployed website files remain on Wix under your mosque’s account. Your new developer will need to review the website’s source files, code and connected services before making changes and continuing development. We provide the available custom source files separately where these are not directly accessible in the Wix dashboard.
Ending our maintenance service does not itself switch off your website. It can continue running while your Wix hosting plan, domain and required third-party services remain active. Your mosque and its new developer take responsibility for future renewals, maintenance and configuration.
Third-party platforms, licences and subscriptions remain subject to their providers’ terms. Any connections that depend on our credentials must be replaced during handover. A change of hosting may also require updates to domain settings and payment webhooks; Wix’s platform itself is not an exportable part of the handover.
